Healing Heartburn(Nenjerichal)
-  Take half a glass of pineapple juice half an hour after your meal
 
-  Peppermint juice mixed with lemon is a good relieve for heartburn*
 
-  A tablespoon of cinnamon water relieves  
 
-  Grapes are also effective in healing heartburn and indigestion
 
-  Add one teaspoon of coriander with a pinch of salt or buttermilk and drink it once a day after meal.
 
-  Chewing a small piece of ginger with salt 15 minutes before meal stimulates digestion process.
