Healing Heartburn(Nenjerichal)



  • Take half a glass of pineapple juice half an hour after your meal
  • Peppermint juice mixed with lemon is a good relieve for heartburn*
  •  A tablespoon of cinnamon water relieves  
  • Grapes are also effective in healing heartburn and indigestion
  • Add one teaspoon of coriander with a pinch of salt or buttermilk and drink it once a day after meal.
  • Chewing a small piece of ginger with salt 15 minutes before meal stimulates digestion process.
  • Drinking a small cup of ginger tea after meals is also good for  healing heartburn, nausea .
